This is the first community of its kind in North Texas: a neighborhood of modern, single-family homes, created by a select group of regionally and nationally recognized architects. Urban Reserve is located on a gently rolling, wooded site along the banks of White Rock Creek just four miles north of White Rock Lake. The neighborhood was designed not only to preserve the site's natural beauty but to help sustain it. Low-impact construction techniques and materials are mandated. The landscape includes two large neighborhood greens. A private trailhead currently allows access to the White Rock Creek Trail and eventually to the entire North Texas Trails system. An architectural review board has been established along with specific design criteria to ensure a consistently creative and sophisticated approach to the homes that will be built here. Our goal is to create a unique lifestyle founded on a synthesis of modern design, ready access to nature, a respect for the environment, and the good fortune of a rare and beautiful location just minutes from downtown Dallas.
