Diane Cheatham, Urban Edge Developers
Diane Cheatham has been building new houses and restoring old ones since 1986. She has won consistent praise for her work from such local organizations as the Dallas Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, the Texas Society of Architects, and Preservation Dallas; and she has been recognized in local and national media (Dallas Morning News, D Magazine, HGTV, ga houses, Women's Enterprise) for her forward-thinking development practices. She has served on the boards of the Dallas Architecture Forum, Preservation Dallas, and Shared Housing. Diane will build her own home at Urban Reserve.

Robert L. Meckfessel AIA, dsgn associates
Bob Meckfessel has been practicing architecture for 30 years, working in both new construction and rehabilitation. dsgn associates has been awarded recognition for architecture, for historic preservation and for planning work. Bob is certified by the U.S. Green Building Council as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) 2.0 Professional. He has served as chairman of the Dallas chapter of the Sierra Club and president of the Dallas chapter of the American Institute of Architects, the Dallas Architecture Forum, and Preservation Dallas. Bob is currently president of the Trinity Commons Foundation and on the Texas Society of Architects Livable Communities Task Force. Bob is designing one of the first houses in Urban Reserve for his own family.

Kevin Sloan, Kevin Sloan Studio, Landscape Architect
Kevin Sloan Studio is a critical and exploratory design office concerned with making high quality places, spaces and objects. Works ranging from building and landscape designs at the intermediate to domestic scale have been awarded and nationally published in numerous professional journals. Current studio projects include the commission to design the public spaces between Dallas Symphony Hall, a new Opera House, a new multi-form theater and the Arts Magnet High School.
