Urban Edge Developers and CCM General Contractors, in keeping with the mission of Urban Reserve, intend to bring architect-designed houses within the reach of a new audience. We are committed to ensuring that the houses in this community are designed and built according to the vision and budget of our clients.

We are working with a select group of architects and endeavoring to create a collaboration among the buyer, the architect and the builder (CCM General Contractors), to best utilize our experience and the expertise of the architects, and to take advantage of economies of scale and volume.

Urban Edge is in a unique position to assist buyers through the process of finding, hiring and working with an architect. The architects chosen to design houses at Urban Reserve will share our vision for a well designed, low-impact, high quality modernist community. We want to ensure that the project exceeds our buyers' expectations and offer this service as part of our commitment to the project.
